Return & Refund Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
If you have opted for a No Cost EMI payment option, no refunds will be accepted. Orders placed through No Cost EMI are eligible only for replacement, not refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we may choose to send replacement parts or accessories before replacing the entire mandir — all free of charge.
Returns of Non-Damaged Items
We offer free returns only for mandirs that are completely damaged during transit.
All other returns will be subject to two-way shipping charges (to and from the customer’s location).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Custom or personalized products (including special orders).
If you have any doubts regarding a specific product, please contact us before making your purchase.
Note:
No returns will be accepted based on mandir dimensions, as our website clearly specifies the dimensions for every model. Please measure your space carefully and compare it with the product dimensions provided.
Additionally, no refunds will be accepted for orders placed via EMI or No Cost EMI.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account via RTGS/NEFT.
Please note:

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

A payment gateway convenience fee of 3% will be deducted from the total order amount.
